Leadership Development - Part 1

This course is the starting point in the Northside Leadership Development track to develop your leadership skills for ministry and ultimately Kingdom impact. You’ll learn 6 godly character qualities and 6 competencies that will help you lead yourself well so that you can lead others effectively. Among the studies, you’ll learn spiritual habits, self-awareness, your spiritual gifts, balance, goal setting, clear communication, and crafting & casting vision.
