This will be an evening of hope and understanding in a safe, welcoming space. We'll have honest conversations about mental health and offer practical tools from a Christ-centered perspective. You’ll hear from trusted voices who will speak with compassion, clarity, and truth. These and other mental health providers will be present:
This seminar is for anyone:
- Facing personal struggles with mental or emotional well-being
- Supporting friends or family walking through a hard season
- Interested in learning how the church can be a place of healing and support
You don’t need to have it all figured out; just come as you are. And, if you know someone else who is struggling, offer to bring them along. Don't underestimate the impact of a caring nudge toward hope.
