Leadership Part 2

In this part 2 of 3 of the Leadership Development course series, we'll learn to develop the character and competency to lead others. This series will cover the following topics: •MAKING DISCIPLES •BUILDING A HEALTHY TEAM •LEADING DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES •FACILITATING DISCUSSION •EMPOWERING THOSE AROUND YOU •PROVIDING FEEDBACK •SOLVING PROBLEMS •IDENTIFYING AND APPRENTICING POTENTIAL LEADERS As in Part 1-Leading Self, we'll continue developing one character quality and one competency with each week's study, and discuss what we've learned with our table group.
