Ariel Hampton was raised in small town Arcadia, FL. She moved to West Texas in 2010 and lived there until moving to Indiana in 2022. Ariel studied Early Childhood Education at Edison State College in Punta Gorda, FL.

Ariel was employed by Trinity Fellowship Church in West Texas for 12 years before coming to Northside. She held multiple positions over the years and was involved in everything from Children’s Ministry Worship, to scriptwriting and production, to Children’s Ministry and Weekday Preschool Ministry. In 2019 she was a part of the campus launch team for the Lubbock, TX Campus.

Ariel married her high school sweetheart, Josh, in 2012 and together they have three amazing children, Talon, Emerson, and Devon.

Ariel loves her job because she sees the importance and value in children experiencing the love and goodness of God at a young age. She believes that giving children a fun and safe place to be allows their parents to confidently attend a service or hear a message that could change their lives and potentially change the trajectory of their family.
