Erin Roberson serves as the Leadership Development Administrative Assistant at Northside, bringing a lifelong passion for developing people and helping them discover their God-given calling. After more than 30 years in public education serving as a teacher, school principal, and human resources leader, Erin retired with a strong sense that God had a meaningful “second act” ahead. She has been active at Northside serving as a baptism mentor, inclusion ministry volunteer, and NorthsideU teacher. Erin is grateful to support leadership development in a role that aligns so closely with her heart for growth, discipleship, and encouragement.
Originally from Eastern Kentucky, Erin values both her roots and the journey God has led her on. She and her husband, Roy, are proud parents of two grown sons and daughters-in-law and are thankful to be closer to family in this season of life. Erin & Roy enjoy attending sporting events, spending time outdoors, hiking, and exploring new places together. A self-described former tomboy, she’s grateful for an upbringing that fostered curiosity, resilience, and a love for God’s creation—qualities she continues to carry into her life and ministry today.
