Molly is from Owensboro, KY, and has attended Northside since 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in art from the University of Louisville. 

In addition to her role at Northside, Molly works as a licensed special education teacher. She has been volunteering at Northside since 2019 and was baptized there in 2018 after being raised Catholic. Before transitioning to education, she worked in social work for over 10 years and also has experience as a legal assistant.

Molly and her husband, Justin, have a son, Oliver, a daughter, Theodora, and a dog named Zoey. 

Molly loves her job because it allows her to serve God while also being present for her family. She is grateful to work with an incredible team, many of whom have been her close friends for years.
